Launched in 2018, this initiative is dedicated to equipping leaders with the knowledge and skills essential for effective leadership in the dynamic field of public health.

At the core of the program lies the flagship 7–9-month Public Health Executive Leadership Program, a comprehensive endeavor designed to immerse participants in a blend of in-person and online learning experiences. Throughout this journey, leaders engage in action-oriented projects and learning opportunities meticulously crafted to enhance foundational organizational and leadership competencies.

Moreover, the program extends its reach beyond the flagship offering through a range of on-demand and tailored leadership workshops and seminars. These flexible offerings cater to the diverse needs of public health organizations, providing targeted support to leaders seeking to address specific challenges and foster growth within their teams.

Complementing the experiential learning components, the program also places a strong emphasis on ongoing leadership research. Through rigorous inquiry and analysis, participants gain valuable insights into emerging trends and best practices in public health leadership, ensuring they remain at the forefront of innovation and adaptation.

As participants embark on this transformative journey, they not only elevate their own leadership capabilities but also contribute to the advancement of the broader public health community.
